All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.  For in-stock items, orders ship within 3–5 business days. For pre-order items, orders typically ship within 4-5 weeks. Custom-made pieces typically take 4–6 weeks to produce and ship once the design is confirmed.We ship to all destinations within the EU for free with purchases over 300 EUR. For destinations outside the EU, please contact our team per email at hello@cleamoijewelry.com or Whatsapp to quote for delivery.
