For in-stock items, orders ship within 3–5 business days. For pre-order items, orders typically ship within 4-5 weeks. Custom-made pieces typically take 4–6 weeks to produce and ship once the design is confirmed. Please ensure ample time if you are pre-ordering or customizing a special piece as a gift to ensure you don’t miss the special occasion. You will receive the tracking number once it’s on its way.
